State Collection Service was looking for a fun marketing campaign. We created the website and developed the prize wheel in flash. The wheel requires a code to spin, once the client receives their code, they can spin the wheel. Once they land on a prize they are taken to a survey to fill out and submit. The site also has an admin panel.
